When comparing conventional vs. VR team simulation on SkillupVR for road traffic accident management, 94% of users reported that their learning needs for care plans and critical thinking were “met” or “well met” by VR (vs. 50% for conventional training).
These findings show that VR is a valuable tool for training emergency teams in HALO (high-acuity, low-occurrence) scenarios, providing hands-on experience in a safe, reproducible environment.
