SKILLUPVR APP
If you use the SkillupVR App on a Meta Quest headset at the request of your employer or institution, Simlogic collects and processes your personal data on their behalf as data processor. Your institution is the data controller and determines how your data is used. The App collects the information needed to run the service: your login credentials (provisioned by your institution), training performance and assessment results, session and usage data (such as module progress and session duration), and basic device information to ensure compatibility. This data is used solely to authenticate you, deliver your assigned training modules, record and report results to your institution via the SkillupVR platform, and maintain the technical operation of the App. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
To request deletion of your personal data collected through the App, please contact your institution directly. Your institution will instruct Simlogic to action the deletion. If you are unable to reach your institution, you may contact us at contact@skillupvr.com and we will assist. Data deletion is provided free of charge to all users.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Simlogic reserves the right to modify this privacy policy from time to time in the future. The most recent revision shall supersede any earlier versions. We advise you to check the privacy policy regularly to keep up to date with the current policy.
