Skillup VR medical simulation training with doctors in team environment

Simlogic introduces SkillupVR medical simulation platform

Simlogic, based in Gothenburg, launched SkillupVR, a medical simulation platform that enhances clinical training with immersive, interactive experiences. It offers customisable scenarios, a virtual center, and real-time performance tracking to improve decision-making and teamwork.

Testing with more than 20 institutions across Europe and Asia

The platform began as a pilot project with two hospitals in Singapore before the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, it has evolved and been tested by over 20 healthcare and educational institutions across Europe and Asia, proving its adaptability in medical training.

Several institutions have adopted the technology into their curriculum.

Simlogic has signed an MOU with a major private hospital group in Germany to integrate VR into its medical training. Additionally, a Vinnova grant will help expand SkillupVR for military medical training, broadening its use in high-stakes environments.

Expected growth from 954.6 million in 2022 to 8.5 billion by 2031

With the global VR medical simulation market projected to grow from USD 954.6 million in 2022 to USD 8.5 billion by 2031*, demand for cost-effective, high-quality training solutions is rising. To support this growth, Simlogic has appointed distributors and agents in Germany, Italy, Norway, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East.

“With the increasing drive for digital transformation to overcome high training costs and limited manpower, VR solutions like SkillupVR provide a scalable, cost-efficient way to enhance clinical competency and patient care, especially in complex scenarios,”
